What is AB 540 ?
AB 540 is a California State Law that allows qualifying undocumented students to pay in-
state tuitionat state colleges (UC System, Cal State System and Community Colleges).
Qualifications:
1. You have attended a California High School for 3 or more years.
2. You have or will graduate from a California High School or have attained a G.E.D.
3. You have to be registered at or are currently enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education in CA
4. You have filed or will file an affidavit as required by individual institutions, stating that you will apply for legal
residency as soon as possible.
